The Canadian Internet Society’s 2024 Policy Forum was a comprehensive, inclusive dialogue addressing key challenges and opportunities for digital policy in Canada.

Why Digital Policy Matters

Digital policy issues are more crucial than ever, impacting infrastructure, public safety, affordability, accessibility, competition, and culture. These policies will shape Canada's socio-economic landscape now and in the future.

Collaboration is Key

On June 5, 2024, we brought together thought leaders, experts, and stakeholders from industry, academia, governance, and civil society organizations—from diverse backgrounds and perspectives—to develop a meaningful and actionable agenda for digital policy in Canada.

Our Goal

We are moving away from abstract ideas and towards practical solutions for long-term digital policies and producing concrete recommendations for action. Insights from this process will be reflected in a report that will support our network's advocacy efforts to decision-makers.
